My goal is to have a rewarding career involving helping customers sell or buy homes and land.  I bring personal service and 13 years of experience to the team.  My most recent achievement in February of 2008 - I received my Associate Brokers license!  This was a personal goal to achieve this designation and add this with my experience to better help my clients.

I was originally licensed in  February of 1995 as a sales agent and worked prior to that in a real estate office for 1.5 years —I was familiar with all types of transactions in the real estate field before becoming an agent.  Over the years I have helped with many different aspects of new home construction including but not limited to these developments:  Charleston Place II, Summer Trace, Corley Manor, Kensington Town homes and other new homes not in subdivisions.  I enjoy helping builders and buyers come together to obtain each person’s goals-builders/seller to sell their product and buyers to achieve the American Dream.  Resale homes are an ever growing market—it is very important to have every part of this transaction right to obtain the main objective—to get the home SOLD!

I take pride in my work and strive to do a good job.  I am detail oriented, organized, prompt, and computer savvy.

I am a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and North Georgia Association of Realtors.  I have received my designation as a Mature Moves Specialist .  Continuing Education  is a must to stay ahead of the competition and mandatory by the State of Georgia.

I have received many awards over the years: Life Time Million Dollar Club, Ruby Award, Gold Star Award, John Hurd Award and Quality Service Award.

I grew up in Adairsville.  My parents are Billy & Shirley Ray .  I attended school in Adairsville all 12 years.  This small town has grown a lot since then.  I’m  married to my husband of 23 years—Charles Freeman—and we have two children — Amy, who is on her first year of receiving her Masters Degree in Athletic Training at Georgia State in Atlanta and Nathan, who is 20 and is on his 2nd year at Dalton State and is majoring in Business Management.  My family and I are active members of Moss Memorial Baptist Church where I am the assistant pianist and the organist.

Other hobbies include spending time with my family, attending church, camping and just being outside.
